Our policies.

By scheduling your appointment, you understand that the deposit paid is non-refundable.
If you want to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit. You also understand that there is a 72-hour rescheduling policy in place. If you want to transfer your deposit to another appointment date and time, you have to reschedule 72 hours or more before the originally scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

New & Annual Clients: While being on time is very important, a 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are later than 15 minutes before your appointment you will have to be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit.
Touch-Up Clients: While being on time is very important, a 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are later than 10 minutes your appointment will have to be rescheduled and a $100 no-show fee will be applied to your appointment.

No extra guests are allowed in the treatment area. We also ask that no children come to the studio. As much as we love them, we kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE HAD PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE IT MUST BE APPROVED BY A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM PRIOR TO MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US.
